From building practical abilities through NDIS life skills development to creating opportunities through NDIS group and centre based activities, our support is focused on meaningful progress.
Our service range also includes assistance with life stage transitions / NDIS life stage transition for periods of change, personal activities support for everyday personal needs, and travel and transport support to make getting around easier. Participants can access assistance with daily tasks in shared living, household tasks support, and supported independent living that encourages greater choice and participation. We also provide innovative community participation and community participation support, helping people connect with activities, places and experiences that suit their interests.
